[DISCLOSURE] Ugint (195990), a machine tools manufacturing company, said on Sept. 8 that it has signed a 16.26 million won (US$14.88 million) contract with a machinery and equipment company in Shanghai to supply mobile phone processing and manufacturing equipment. 

This amounts to 21.10 percent of its consolidated revenue and expires Dec. 31. Its Weihai affiliate will be in charge of manufacturing and distribution, the company added.
