Meanwhile, the Gangnam region of southern Seoul -- Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu and Songpa-gu -- houses 38 percent of the stock rich, with many being among the second generation of chaebol owners or those who became rich through venture businesses. The latter includes NHN Chairman Lee Hae-jin, NHN Entertainment Chairman Lee Joon-ho, Kakao Corp. Chairman Kim Beom-su and NCSoft Chairman Kim Taek-jin.

Those among the second generation of chaebol families include Suh Min-jung, the eldest daughter of the aforementioned AmorePacific chairman.
